Roxy shoots 80 – that’s his age, not his score!

Club legend and former Captain David ‘Roxy’ Roxburgh celebrates his 80th birthday today, 24th February, with a round of golf on the King’s course.

Roxy dispenses a few words of wisdom before teeing off on the 9th

The Council and all the members of Dun Whinny wish Roxy Many Happy Returns and congratulations on reaching this wonderful milestone, and we all look forward to many more years playing golf with this very special man.
