2024 - Jubilee Event

On Saturday, May 11th, Dun Whinny Golf Club warmly welcomed 40 members along with their guests to our annual celebration.

Once again, the mild spring weather yielded to radiant sunshine in what has been the best day of the year so far. The competition was fiercely contested, with the top 10 contenders separated by a mere 5 points. However, emerging victorious as the Jubilee Trophy Champions were Tony Moran and his daughter Lucy Moran, boasting a remarkable betterball score of 44 points.

Tony and Lucy, participating for the second consecutive year, clinched victory by a narrow margin of two points over last year's champions, Mark Higham and Scott Meikle. Their triumph was truly well-deserved, culminating in a memorable achievement for the Moran family.
