Winter Update
Seasons Greetings to Everyone.
Unfortunately we are not getting much golf at the moment but hopefully the temperatures will rise next week and we will get back out there. Hopefully we will also be able to complete the remaining ties in the 1st round of the Winter Fourball, if you can’t then good luck in the coin toss :)
Other Winter Events: Andrew and/or David will send out an update on the Tom Brown Tankard, Winter Strokeplay and the Eclectics soon.
Christmas Scramble: On Saturday December 24th we hope to have a Fun Texas Scramble on the PGA with wine for the winners and drinks in the bar afterwards. You can enter on the app and it would be great to see as many of you as possible.
App Update: talking of the app you may be aware that Scottish Golf will be changing to a new system next year. You will receive full details of the changeover directly from Scottish Golf in the next few weeks but it will involve downloading a replacement app from their web site.
As a result of this the current app will not upload any scores to WHS from tomorrow (Dec 14th) until January 7th when the new app will takeover. Any General Play scores submitted during this period will not count towards your handicap, sorry Iain :)
